Why soy wax? 

Our soy wax candles burn longer than traditional paraffin wax candles of the same size. Soy is also a renewable resource, unlike paraffin, which is a petroleum-based product. Our candles are crafted from 100% soy wax sourced from right here in the USA.

Is there lead in your wicks? 

No way - our wicks are papercore and contain no lead. 

How do I properly burn my candle?

To get the most out of your candle, it is important to make sure to burn it long enough on the very first burn so that the entire top layer of wax is melted. This will take about four hours and will allow your candle to burn more evenly and without a bunch of wax built up along the sides. When you achieve a full “melt pool” on that first burn, the candle creates a memory and will continue to get to that full melt pool on subsequent burns much quicker than four hours!

Should I trim my wicks? 

It's really important that you trim your wick after the first burn! This will allow the candle to burn cleaner and more evenly. Keep cotton wicks trimmed to 1/4" after the first burn.

How do you ship?

Both USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Our shipping rates are calculated at that time and depend on the weight of your order and your location in proximity to our facility. Candles are heavy, and we package our items carefully so they arrive to you in perfect condition! 

Wholesale orders typically ship FedEx Ground.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Wholesale orders are ready within 7 business days.

Do you accept returns?

Because of the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or refunds. If your candle arrives broken, or if you receive an incorrect order, please email sales@lunatigre.com. Please include a photo of your damaged or incorrect item in the email, and we will reply as soon as possible with a quick solution!

Do you do favors for weddings and celebrations?

Yes! Please contact us at sales@lunatigre.com about your needs. Minimums may apply.

We offer wholesale accounts for brick and mortar retail locations looking to resell our candles. Please email us at sales@lunatigre.com. To get started, we will need your business’s name, website, physical location and sales tax ID number. From there, we can send over pricing and more information.
